How it works

Teams (3–6 groups) receive an estate map and a series of logical, physical, and communication tasks. Moderators accompany them at checkpoints — cooperation, speed of decision-making, and who takes initiative count. The finish line includes time registration, interpretation of results, and announcement of winners. A campfire conclusion is included.

Catering

BBQ conclusion: selection of grilled meats (also veg/vegan), seasonal salads, sourdough bread, and 2 drinks per person. A relaxed “debrief” at the table — the team connects without pressure.

Wooden Olympics

Log throwing, darts, count’s obstacle course — disciplines no one trains for. That’s why everyone is equal, and there’s plenty of laughter.

How it works

After dividing teams and explaining the disciplines, the show begins: log, disc, and wheel throwing, darts, steady aim, long jump, and the count’s obstacle course. Each discipline earns points, and the team collects a total score. A moderator leads with a team of judges, followed by an announcement and a winning moment by the campfire.

Catering

BBQ: selection of grilled meats (veg option), substantial side dishes, and 1–2 drinks per person. The day’s energy doesn’t stop — it simply transitions into relaxed socializing.

Kunigunda Challenge

Wheelbarrow, slingshot, tug-of-war — childhood games in a team setting. After half an hour, hierarchy disappears, only laughter remains.

How it works

The playground is set up across the estate: wheelbarrow (trust and coordination), slingshot (precision), hop ball (balance and rhythm), tug-of-war (group moment). Teams rotate through stations and collect points, followed by a final between the best and an announcement of winners.

Catering

Street food stations: sliders, tacos, wraps, finger food, and a sweet mini-dessert, 1–2 drinks per person. You eat standing, people circulate — energy remains high.

Culinary Team Building

Burger, cocktail, or dessert — teams led by a chef create their own dish, then enjoy it together. The best dinner is the one you make yourself.

How it works

Teams (2–4 groups) choose a challenge: signature burger, cocktail, or dessert. A chef mentor guides each team, followed by presentations, tasting, and evaluation based on taste, appearance, and story — and an announcement of winners.

Here, culinary is the program: all ingredients, equipment, mentorship, and tasting are included, as are 2 drinks per person. First you create, then you eat — a tangible result.

Creative Team Building

Each group paints its part without seeing the whole. When the parts come together into one painting, that moment says more about the team than hours of meetings.

How it works

Each team creates its part of a collective painting — teams do not communicate with each other, leaders have only two coordination moments. At the end, the parts are assembled: the unveiling of the whole and an interpretation of what the result says about the team.

How it works

An intimate, rustic pub with an underground feel — dark, but with candles, warm and lively. You choose the music: DJ set (lounge → house → party), curated playlist, or live acoustic. Food circulates all evening — no seating plan, no formalities.

Šmarn’ca Teater Experience

The natural amphitheater transforms into a stage: a performance, storytelling, or a light show. A moment when everyone falls silent — and then speaks again by the fire.

How it works

Choose one of three versions: a performance with actors and audience participation, storytelling with local or business narratives, or a light show with music. The amphitheater with a view is part of the story — it’s not just a location, it’s a stage. Each performance concludes with a mandatory campfire: a relaxed “landing” after
the experience.

Three levels
