Beyond the classics, you’ll also find a sač (a traditional Balkan dome lid for slow cooking), a cauldron for hearty one-pot stews, clay pots, and other unique cooking gear to keep things interesting. Barbi-Q is designed for more intimate get-togethers. It’s the perfect setting for up to 12 friends, colleagues, or family members. We work with a wide network of culinary experts—from modern classic chefs and molecular gastronomy artists to grill and show-cooking specialists. Options include traditional feasts, modern classics, oven-baked meats, barbecue, live cooking, finger food, and more. Food is not included in the rental price. Final pricing depends on the catering style, scale, and number of guests.
